<description>Actually, I did another experiment the other day. I bought a top grade grape from Japan from Yung Kang Street. The total price is NT$720.00. I told the owner that I would like to pay him NT$ 750.00 so she only needs to give me back NT$ 250.00 for a NT$ 1,000.00 bill. You all guess the right reaction: She said, in no condition, she will accept this over payment. She was shock when I offer this proposal. It is easier for her to make this decision because the amount is much larger than just NT$ 1.00 to NT$ 4.00 difference as in other case in the wetmarket.</description>
